Surveys

Surveys can add valuable subjective information to the objective measures recorded by Qinematic dynamic posture scanning. For example, asking questions about mood can tell us a lot about a person, and whether it influences, or is influenced by the movement. With time we will have new answers to many common problems like posture and mood, or knee pain and mood. The mood survey is just the beginning. We will start to introduce more surveys soon.

MADRS-S

The MADR-S survey is a well accepted and evidence based approach to scoring a person’s mood. There is quite a lot of literature about the mind-body relationship, and how they influence one another. There is significant research to show a positive correlation between a depressed mood and poor posture. However, there is room for further investigation, especially using large amounts of data used over a long period of time.

How to turn on/off?

The MADR-S survey can be turned on/off in Settings in Posture Scan. The survey takes between 2-6 minutes to complete. The survey can be excluded, included and optional, or included and compulsory. The results can be visible or hidden.
