Stand still

Screen Shot standing.png

Task

The person stand stills with their eyes open for up to 10 seconds. The natural ‘carrying angle’ at the elbow will prevent the hands from touching the thighs when the thumbs are turned outs. The hand touching the leg will interfere with the tracking of the upper limb, and should be avoided.

Desired technique

Feet 15cm apart.

Feet pointing forward, not at an angle.

Arms should be relaxed at the side.

Thumbs pointing outward.
