Measure outcomes
I believe in measuring function to identify problems and to show outcomes from my treatments. I find measurement a good way to educate clients and to motivate them. I also own a business that needs to differentiate from other private clinics, as well as government funded clinics that charge lower fees than private clinics. By offering a premium service, I can charge premium fees whilst working in an evidence-based manner.
As I work alone, I also need feedback, so that I can improve my practice.
Find the cause of movement dysfunction and address it
With the Qinematic software, I can find the root causes of movement dysfunction and address it with very specific manual therapy and exercise prescription.
Most importantly, I can educate my patients and my athletes. The 3D scan is very fast, and the documentation is comprehensive, yet convenient. I can email patients their results along with comments, very easily, and they appreciate it. Because the Qinematic system is portable, I can take it with me to events and clubs. It gets a lot of attention!
Honest view of the results achieved
I was one of the first therapists to use the system in Sweden, and it has helped me stand out from the crowd in terms of my service offering. It has made my job easier and more enjoyable. It gives my clients and I an honest view of the results we achieve. I can charge higher fees, and I can use the system for promotional activities. The clubs love it as it is engaging and adds a level of modernity to my assessments.
